Brand Talented
Brand Talented is an ongoing project that is very close to my heart, I truly believe this brand is my baby - and I have grown as a designer along with it. My current role involves building our brand language and as well as overseeing all comms coming out of the agency, which is mostly social assets but also fun “secret” projects that come across my desk such as cred decks, our website, and even merch.
I plan our social charter, organise the process between 20+ creatives across projects, and even dabble in art direction and curate our Instagram feed as part of my role at Talented.
I work closely with the art and creative directors here at Talented as well as with the Head of PR and the final boss of all approvals, the CEO. Being India’s fastest growing young creative agency - there is a lot of pressure placed on the way we talk about the work that we do, especially because we hold ourselves to the highest standards, as outlined in our handbook here. What does it mean for us to share this work with the world? Does it capture all the efforts that went into the projects? Are we giving due credit to the team and external partners who have worked tirelessly to get the project to where it is?
When I returned to Talented as a full-time creative in 2023 after graduating from MIC, Manipal, my role consisted mostly of ideating and executing social media posts for the brand. Over time, my role has evolved as I have taken on more responsibilities and changed the way Talented speaks to the outside world.
Talented functions like a start-up, it is fast paced, ever-evolving, and committed to disrupting the industry. The work is demanding, but so rewarding knowing that I’m able to showcase the hard work and dedication of our entire team here.
My work on the identity of India’s hottest creative agency began in 2022, as their first intern, creating assets for their social media platforms.
